"I've cleaned the toe you know I prepped and I covered this injury on Pam's foot because she has because she has a big toe and the nail has a problem. First we are going to work on this toe. She has some large hairs that are growing downward and we've had this before she came in. We had this toes wrapped for numbing agent. This is a very painful area to work. I mean it is up there on the top ten. So you know I have Pam ready. You know she prepped and ready to go. Now I am going to go in at the end of the growth just like I did every other hair that I worked on on the body. I am going to slide that down the follicle. Until it is adequate. This is usually pretty strong hair as well. Now I removed the hair and you go on to the next one. I am going to slide that down the follicle, there we go. And you'll let that treat enough because I need how much treatment I need to get it And then I am going to remove the hair. You don't want to pull. You want that hair just gently come out of the skin without any resistance. I am going to slide the other hair into it and then gently remove the hair. And I just go like that, just drop the hairs because I don't want to take time to put them on a drape. There is no need for that as far as I am concern. It slows you down big time. So you are, I got another hair and I've removed that. But I would like another days growth because it is kind of short these hairs to treat. It makes it a little bit difficult."
