"I'm going to do Pam's ears, a she has on her left ear some hair right inside the inner ear. So first I'm going to clean the area as always, got to always clean the surface of what you're going to do. Pam has had this ear pierced so I need to be aware of that and stay clear of that area. And if I you know, if I had my Q-tips with me I'd swab that ear a little bit just to help her a this part of the day because it could have been this morning when she cleaned it to keep that sterile to help that ear to heal. Now I put this in my disposable waste and then I go in, assess where the area is. Now this is in a kind of a funny area and it's a clear hair so truly I need to have the light on that subject you know, these translucent hairs sometimes you need to have the light coming in from that area. You know, pull it, now this is a real light hair so this doesn't take a lot of treatment and then off onto the drape you know and bottom line is I'll assess if there's other hairs. She only has, I see one hair on this ear so this is not a bad problem but a lady does not like hair coming out of her hairs."
