    "I'm going to treat Pam's lips or top lip I mean. We are going to work on the bottom as well because she has hair underneath as well. But like we've spoke of before we use it the numbing agent on the lip because this is a fragile tender area on clientele. So, as I go I am going to peel away that amblout. I am not going to take all of it. I am going to make sure this is not going to block her nostril. And then I am going to clean with my rubbing alcohol and get this prepare. And then when I treat the lip, sometimes if I am going to test I am going to ask this client you know are we comfortable. Because if the client is not comfortable, this is going to be a very short session. And they are going to complain to you, there is going to be an unhappy person and you might not have them come back. Some, but if the client has a really heavy lip of dark hair, I am going to suggest when it comes to this area to do laser hair removal. And then if it is a mixture of color I may have to finish up if there is gray hair, I'll have to finish up with electrology. But the volume of hair will be so low it will not be such a big job. But one thing, if that person has red hair, blond hair, gray hair, there is not another choice but to treat with electrology. So, electrology it is, it's purpose is really out there with the clientele."
