"In my salon, there are clients that come in that have all kinds of associated problems with eyebrows. Now I have people that - they have no natural brow pattern. They'll have hair that grow inward and they'll have - there are people that have a unibrow from forehead to forehead. I get some older men that have that and they'll come in and one of the problems is they don't want to go through the treatment. They want an instant cure. Now I have to assessed that. How can I accomplish that as quickly as possible? With that kind of client, I'm going to do as much laser as I can on them and keep them off of the electrology as much as possible. Sometimes I have to assessed that I can't even do electrolysis on that client because they're just not willing to go through that. So I'm going to turn that person into, maybe, a waxing client. But then I have all kinds of clients that come in with other problems, like their hair line will come right into the brow. I see that with Indian clientele. And then I have, you know, clientele, that even the forehead, coming down, that they don't have a forehead. The hair line comes right down to almost across. So there's a lot I have to deal with with eyebrows and I have to know how."
