"Now, before we start this procedure, I'm going to give Pam the ground, as we call it, I call it. And, I have her hold that in her hand and normally we're going to wrap that with a damp towel that makes this contact better. So, why we have this is because I'm working with a treatment, they call in electrology "the blend." one part of this machine, there's two sides to this machine. One side of the machine is the radio wave, which they call the "thermolosis" and the other side of the machine is called "electrologist" - I mean, "electrology" which is basically this ground and the current, the current that's applied and the salts and fat in her body create and cause like a caustic lye, like they used to make in the old days, soap. And, those, that lye kills cells for days after the treatment and it helps to make the treatment more successful as far as I'm concerned. And, this side which is the radio wave, it is the heat that is applied, so when you put those together that's called the "blend". And, that treatment is, I call the highest kill ratio with electrology. It's a little slower than just using the high frequency, but it gives you, to me, when it comes to, especially like a beard, it gives you a better job. It does a better job and I have more success and satisfaction with a client."
