"We finished the first few moves and we left off at brush-knead-push. So, we're going to continue with the brush-knead-push and do the next few exercises. Believe it or not this is partly a martial art. So, this is actually a flip. So now, we're going to go to strum the pei-pah. The pei-pah is actually very similar to a guitar. This move is called repulse monkeys. We actually do that four times. This is called grass bird's tail series. To the left, and now we're going to pivot and do it in the other direction, the exact same move. So that we exercise the other aspects and other muscles in our body; and now, a move that a lot of people are very familiar with, its wave hands like clouds to a single whip, and then we do wave hands like clouds three times. Back to a single whip. To move, I like to call hold the world to high pat on horse."
