"One of the common mistakes that people make while learning fakie bigspins is it has to do with generating enough pop but at the same time not having the board flip over or get sloppy underneath your feet. So what you're going to want to do is get as much pop out of the board by setting your foot back as you can and also at the same time having a lot of foot on the board to stop it from flipping side to side and just keeping it steady and level. The other problem that you may have is popping the board and trying to get it without doing a pivot. This is actually pretty hard to get it up and land and to roll away straight. The more you practice the better you can get at it. Another tip to fixing that nonpivot is by leaning a little more forward. What this will do is bring the back of your board up off the ground a little more so it will avoid landing first on the back and then turning but like kind of catching it and landing forward and landing with all four wheels headed straightforward at the same time. So these are just a few of the common mistakes people make with a fakie bigspin."
