"So what we'll do now is go ahead and get our environment all set up and comfortable for the baby. So what we want to do in this case is use a couple of pillows. We're going to use two laying them down in a T shape formation. So you have one going this way and then one across. And the reason you want to do this is as you can notice if I lay baby here, which I'll do in just a moment, baby will be at forty-five degree angle. So with that in mind, you may also find using a car seat or something like that or a little kind of a seat that puts a baby in a forty-five degree angle. It helps you to kind of target the tummy area and get in there a little bit more the areas that we want to reach. And then after you have your pillows in this T shape, go ahead and lay baby's blanket right on top because this is something that they'll feel comfortable on, the smell is familiar. So go ahead and lay a blanket down. And then you'll help baby get undressed because we are going to focus a little bit on skin to skin contact. So if baby's wearing any clothing, feel free to remove it. If it's uncomfortable, if it's a little bit cold in your room, it's okay if you leave the clothes on, absolutely fine, but we want to be sure that we can reach baby's tummy. You can provide some of the massage with baby's clothes on. That's absolutely fine. But today we'll take them off. And in some cases when you're at home, you might find it to be a good time to remove baby's diaper as well, or at least loosen it. So you can loosen the diaper. This will help if there's any movement, if baby wants to make any movements with their legs. And also keep the diaper underneath. There could be a couple of accidents which is absolutely fine. This is something you want if a baby's experiencing colic. So go ahead and get baby ready and then we'll get started."
