"For kids' safety, you might find yourself in a situation where you're grabbed both hands in the front. Grab me? As she grabs, you can do a couple of different things. We can go back to the old duck and twist, which is one of my favorites. You can just open the door and duck and twist out of it. And, at this point, you can decide to go either direction. You can go this way and underneath that way, or you can go this way, underneath there. Either way. It's whatever you're feeling comfortable with. Another thing you can do, is put your hands together, open the door, duck and go underneath. And notice how her arms are getting all twisted up and I'm just going to take her down in that direction, giving me time to escape. And yet a third, is where you can kind of do a little wrist control. I'm going to take her down. I go around. I go over the top. And it goes right over the top and I can just push her away at that point, giving me time to escape. So, let's review. I'm going to grab you. OK? Duck and twist. Open one of your doors. Duck and twist, out behind. Alright. And now, let's do the hands together. Open the door. I get twisted up and I end up going backwards. And then let's review the wrist lock. Under. Around. And then push away and then you can escape. So, keeping yourself safe from a frontal, two hand grab requires just a little bit of practice in learning how to escape, duck and twist, those kinds of things will help keep yourself safe."
