"Today for kids' safety I would like to look at a two hand grab from the front. If your hands are being occupied you can still use the general idea of ducking and twisting. I can open the door, duck underneath and twist out both of them and of course once I get behind I turn and I run and again you open the door, duck underneath, twist out and behind and that would give you an opportunity to escape. Once again in watching it from this angle here she can open the door and then she is running away. That is going to help you escape from the two hand grab from the front. Now also you can do it something like this, two hand grab here, you can go down right close towards her and go right up the middle and escape that direction. It is very difficult to hang on to something when your shoulders are up in this position and you can also use your hand, a fist, and go right there underneath their chin and you go straight up, turn and get away. You do it and get away. Now one more thing I will say about that one is you can also use your other hand to help. Go down here and just reach it pull and get out that direction so keeping yourself safe might include a two hand grab from the front. You duck and twist or you can go up the middle as well."
