"Let's learn how to do a chest movement called the V. Starting with your feet parallel, slightly apart, knees bent, belly button pushed into your spine, lift your chest, relax your shoulders to make them even, arms out to the side. This movement is going to combine both the Chest Lift and the Chest Pull, if you would like to check that in our other clips. We're going to start by angling the body slightly to the right. And we're going to lift the chest. As we bring it in with the pull, we're going to bring it back to center. And then we're going to angle it to the opposite direction and lift. And then we're going to let the chest pull into the center and lift to the other side, this way creating a V right in front of you. So let's try it with counting it. We're going to go up, two, three, four. Up, two, three, four. Let's try it with some music. Five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four."
