Now I want to mention something about chest movements in belly dancing. When you use your chest in belly dance it's not about using all the gifts that nature gave you it's about expressing yourself from the heart. So every time you're moving think about expressing yourself from the heart. We're not going to lean forward too much with this movement, we're going to stay nice and lifted and centered. So when we move, anything that we do is going to be about expressing that feeling inside, not about trying to show off our body. It's really about that feeling. So when you think, when you use those movements: pulling in, lifting or figure eights, keep that in mind. That we're trying to convey an emotion and a feeling through belly dance and everyone's feeling is slightly different, everyone's emotion is slightly different and everyone's going to express themselves in a completely different way.
