"Hi. I'm JK Dooley and we're talking a little bit today about the giclee process, and something that you want to be really careful of, you've invested in a quality photographer, you have a quality scan, you have a really good digital file on your disk and you lose it. Not going to help things out at all. So what I always do if I do have a photographer that shoots, that shoots a transparency for me I always have them shoot two, and I know this sounds kind of elementary but a lot of people don't think of that. So have them shoot two of these and make sure you always have a duplicate of your CD, and then what I do is I put a copy of each in a safe deposit box because you've always got the original to go back to and if you send out the transparency, if they still use transparencies for ads or things like that, I've had these get lost and never seen them again, but I've always had a backup. So something very elementary and you think people would always think of that, but people, I've seen, I have some artists that have lost some really quality work. So make sure you always get two transparencies and two disks and have your copies made. Put them in a safe place, typically a safe deposit box would be the best, and then you'll be protected."
