Hi. I'm JK Dooley and now we're talking a little bit about stretching your canvas and the first thing you want to do, obviously you're going to lay your canvas down and lay your wooden bars on top of it, but before that you want to hold your piece up to the light and take a little marker and make a little mark at each corner because otherwise you're not going to know where, obviously where to lay the stretching bars because you can't see through the canvas. So once you've done that, take your bars, and you'll position them to where they match, they line up, the corners line up with each dot and then you're going to take, you probably won't need your pliers right away for this part. You're just going to take and you're going to pull your corner over and you're going to shoot a staple in there. Very simple, and then you're going to do this process most of the way around the canvas. So you'll go opposite and you'll do the same thing. Again, with these initial stretches you may not need the pliers, but you could certainly use them if you'd like, and you would just grip that with the pliers and pull it over and pop in another staple, and you'll proceed with this process all the way around alternating. So the next thing you'll do are these sides here. You'll trim this canvas a little bit and then you'll simply go from side to side and side to side and work your way around the canvas piece until you get to the fold, and we'll talk about that later.
