"The foot placement that you'll need for the switch frontside big spin is you'll need to set up with your foot, front foot, just behind the bolts and you'll want to put a lot of foot on your board. The reason for doing this is your front foot is going to have to stop the board from doing any kind of flipping and keeping it flat while it does a 360 frontside shove it. Your back foot, or the foot that does the ollieing, is going to have to be just the tip of the toe on the tail. The reason for this is you need to get as much shove it out of this foot as possible and able to push it all the way around to get the frontside big spin. So what you're going to want to do is remember with this foot that's in charge of all the shove-iting and this foot is in charge of holding the board and doing the switch ollie and holding it in a flat position to get all the way around. Now the other thing that you have to keep in mind is that you're going to be traveling frontside 180 now for the big spin part of the trick, and switching your stance from rolling switch to rolling forward. So your upper body is going to play a big part in the trick. So you're going to have to use your upper body and your arms to sway and to create the momentum needed to get you over frontside 180, but at the same time this momentum will help the board travel across and get 360 and all the way around, and this is the common foot placement, or the proper foot placement, for a 360 frontside pop shove it."
