Hi, I'm JK Dooley and I'm a professional artist. A lot of artists wonder if this is even a good option for them to have giclees of their work done. And it's really worked out well for me and I recommend it provided you do some research and make sure you're working with reputable people. Because it allows your work to be seen by a lot more people and it allows you to sell a lot more work. Obviously, you can sell your original once, but you can sell reproductions of it unlimited amount of times. So it's a really exceptional tool to get your work out there and it's a very inexpensive way, because just the process itself allows them to be made one at a time. For the consumer it's excellent because it allows the consumer to purchase art obviously at a less expensive cost than the original. And it also allows the consumer to begin collecting a specific artist that they may like and perhaps they just can't afford their originals. So there's a lot of good things to the giclee reproduction process. And as an artist again like anything else, you need to do some research into it and you need to make sure you're using quality people, with quality equipment and producing a quality product to sell to your customers.
