"So now that we've got our form to this point, we can make the actual neck of the bottle. And the way we're going to do that, is you'll take your left hand again underneath your right, but only at the very top. And push in pretty significantly but slowly, because if you go too fast it'll collapse the whole form. And keeping your left finger underneath that is very important to keeping this from falling down. So once you've got it in to a little over an inch, you can pull this neck thinner and taller. And then you can shape it by using your hard rib to give it a base to the neck. Now what I'm doing here is I'm just pinching with my left hand and using my right hand to squeeze the sponge for lubrication, so that I can have a nice curve in that neck. And the important thing here is that you do have a taper because if you're going to use a cork, you need it to have that sort of V-shape so that the cork will fit in there properly."
