"Now the next type of speech, that method of delivery, is manuscript speaking, and what manuscript speaking is is, well, you're going to write it the same way that you would write any speech. You're going to have an outline but you are going to write out or type out word for word the exact speech, exactly as it is going to be spoken, alright? Then you are going to read it right off the paper, so it might be almost like reading a story because your speech is going to be word-for-word what is on the paper. It's not just following a guideline, it's not just following an outline, that's actually something we're going to talk about later. This is reading the entire speech, and this is what you see happen sometimes with politicians or sometimes maybe even law enforcement. A speech has been written for them word-for-word, and they're going to recite and read this exactly as it is written. Obviously there are some pros and some cons, and we're going to look at those now."
