"Now we're going to soften up the tree line in the background a little bit by taking some paint out of the brush and just sort of sweeping along, making it even more hazy. Okay, now it's time to put the rocks in, and they're made up of pains gray, and they have a little bit of blue-green in them. And, we're going to put a light coat of pains gray and the turquoise. So we're going to have some shape, but we're not going to get all the shape in the first coat of paint. Come back, and the light's coming from the right hand side, so we're going to blot out the right hand side of the rocks."
