"In preparation for doing an Egyptian Walk, let's start with a drill. Let's put our weight on our right foot. Put our left foot up on Relevee. And we call this our showgirl foot, make sure ankle's not falling out to the side. You're actually putting pressure on the ball of that foot. Now bend that right knee. Good. Nice and level, pull the belly in, lift the chest. Arms out away from the body, shoulder blades down. And we're going to lift that left hip, up into towards our rib cage. Good. Now to switch sides, we're just going to put our left heel down and lift our right heel, our feet don't move at all. Left knee is bent and now this hip is going to go up and up. Make sure that the chest is not coming down to meet the hip. Good. Switch sides. Step, two, three, four. Good. So as you transition, try to stay nice and low and not go up high. You want to keep those knees bent. So let's transition, let's step to the left and then hip, two, three, four. Step right, two, three, four. Good. Make sure try this with the mirror so you can make sure that you're not lifting up and down, keep that leg bent. Keep your level the same. If you straighten that knee, the whole body's going to move. You really want to isolate. Good."
