"Let's take our folkloric Egyptian Walk and travel with it. It's going to be a little different than our other traveling Egyptian Walks. So let's just start with the basic. Weight on the right foot, left foot is going to come forward, make sure the hands are down, nice, low, Ibis arms. Hands should be away from the body, and we'll twist up to the corner. Right? So we're going to step and twist, step and twist. So when we walk, notice our feet aren't together for this move. Step and twist, step and twist. So we're just going to step the same spot where our foot position was, where we did our twist. And step and twist, step, twist. Backwards; step and twist. Make sure that shoulder stay square. Plant that ball of the foot firmly, don't let the whole knee turn in. Alright. Keep that knee forward. Step and twist. Step and twist. Double time. Step, twist; step; twist; step, twist; step, twist; step, twist; step, twist. Good. So you can take this forward and back. Step, twist; step, twist. Make sure you practice in front of the mirror, that way you get our isolation nice and crisp."
