"Let's take our Egyptian walk. Put the twist two it. And then try to travel with it. Okay! Weight up on the right foot. Left foot up on show girl. Nice strong weight. Little bit of weight on the toe. Arms in a nice low ibis position. Belly button pulled in. Chest lifted. Good inward twist. So step on the left foot. And twist the right foot forward. Step and touch. Step and touch. Step. Good walk with me. We are going to put our weight on right foot. The left foot comes forward. The then left comes forward. And then left and right comes to meet it. Right, left hip. Left. Take it back now. Step right foot and twist. Step twist. So it’s that opposite hip. The unweighted hip that's coming forward. And twist. And step and twist. Make sure that you are not doing a level change. And again the twist is really easy to get those arms moving. So try to keep those arms still as we twist. Step twist. Step twist. Good! Step twist. Step and twist. Step and twist. Step and twist. Keep those arms still. Good practice in front of a mirror at home so that you can make sure that you are doing the motions correctly."
