"We're going to add a variation to our Egyptian walk by replacing the hip lift with a straight twist. So if we step on our right foot, bring our left foot up into showgirl. We're just going to twist that left hip forward and then back with out having any up and down motion. Step and forward. Step and twist so you have to keep it nice and flat. Don't let the hip fly up. Step and twist. Step and twist. Keep the low abs pulled in, chest lifted, shoulders blades back and down. Step. Twist and step. Twist. Step. Good. Palms out facing the floor, nice low Ibis arm and step. Twist. Make sure you do this in front of a mirror so that you can see that you're not lifting the hip. It's very easy to lift the hip in this position. It's also very easy to lift the head so try it nice and flat and step forward and back. Step forward and back. Step. Make sure the feet stay together. Step forward and back. Step and forward. Double time. Step forward step. Especially as you speed up it's easy to lose the definition so make sure you're still doing a flat twist."
