"Let's take our Circling Egyptian Walk and add Intermediate Arms to it. So our arms are going to switch back and forth from our Ibis arm position and our Saiidi head position. Okay. So as we circle, we're going to face forward and side and then back and then side. And alternate arms except the weight. So let's start with our weight on our right foot. Left foot upon relevee. Good. The hands are going to be here. So we're going to step with the left foot and as I do that I'm going to turn and face the side wall. Six, seven, eight; step, now I'm facing the sidewall, step, switch arms, back wall, step, sidewall, step and back to front. Keep going. Step, forward, step, forward, step, forward, step and forward. Good. We try the other direction. And step touch, and step side, step face the back, step face the side, step face the front. So as you go, we want to make sure that your lined up nice and square with your wall and your knees are going in the same direction as your toes."
