"Let's talk about our arm position while we're doing the Egyptian walk. We'll start with our basic Ivis arms which are fingertips at shoulder level, pointing out to the sides. Don't let the elbows come in too close. You want to take up a lot of space here good and it's not straight out to the sides. It's out it's a slightly forward, good. Knees are bent, belly button's pulled in, chest is lifted, shoulders are back and down. So here we can do our Egyptian here from this position. Step. Lift. Step. Lift, good. Now we're going to switch the arms. We're going to take that right arm and bring that bring it straight in so the thumb is by the ear and pinkie points up to the ceiling and step. Good and bring it back down. Let's try the left arm. Step. Lift, good. Keep the elbow back don't let the elbow come forward, good. Keep the shoulder blades down don't let shoulder blades come up. Step. Lift. Now we're going to switch the arms so you really have to have in your memory where this position is so that your arms aren't starting to fall all around and getting all loosey-goosey, right? So drill the Egyptian walk with just here with our basic Ivis arms and then switch. Switch the hand here, notice like this arm position doesn't change and the other one just floats up behind the ear. Nice and gentle. Very easy. Step. Lift. Step and lift. Good, try it in front of a mirror so that you can make sure you're getting all the position correct."
