Let's break down the move called the Jewel. This one's a little bit more involve cause there's a lot of different movements going on here. So let's first start with our feet slightly apart. And we're going to arc the hips in horizontal movement all the way over to one side. So as you finish this arc, you're going to release your inside foot from the direction you just came from and you're going to twist the hip back and front which allows you then to take weight with that foot, keeping the knees even as you bring the hips out and around to the other side, freeing now your inside foot. And then snap your hip back and forward. And then bring the hip, the foot down and take weight again, arcing it, and then back and front. Around, back and front. Around, back and front. A little faster. Good. Make sure that when you do this you keep your body lifted and you don't arch your back and the way that you do that is to keep your knees soft so that your back doesn't have any pressure on it. So make sure you break it down really slow mechanically up first before you start speeding it up, so that looks nice and pretty and distinct. You don't want it to just be a bit messy movement of your hips just moving all over the place. So practice that in the mirror and you look real pretty before long.
