"Let's try our Hip Push traveling to the sides. So let's put one foot slightly in front, the other one little bit back and we're going to bend on the one. So it's going to go; one, push; one, push, good. So as this hip comes out up the back, it's going to free the weight on the front foot and that's going to allow us to travel. So, we're going to be propelled by our back leg. So we're going to go down, travel, down and step. So it's going to come together and apart, together, other way and together and apart, together and apart, together and apart. Good. Now let's try a little faster. Down, up; down, up; down, up; down, up; down, up; down, up; down, up. Now we can do some different things with our arms. We can have our hand here. And, taktak, taktak, here we go. And we can have them in front and pushing. And you can look over your shoulder and just travel to the side propelling yourself with your back leg. Good. Practice this in the mirror, make sure your posture is all in a nice spot."
