"Let's try another folkloric move that pushes the hip out to the side, it's kind of a little cute move. You can do different things with your expression while you do it and your arms. But let's start with the basics with our feet. So we're going to first have one foot slightly in front. And the back foot slightly behind and bent. And we're going to push the hip out so we're going to straighten the leg to get that push, the front leg is going to stay pretty much stationary. So we're going to bend and push it out, bend, push out. And if you want to, you can have your hands here in front of you, and then you can look over your shoulder a little bit and see what your hip is doing. Good. Let's try that on the other side. So we're going to go, bend and push, bend and push. And our, we're going to start by going on the downbeat when we go down. So it's down and pop, and down and pop and down, pop, down, pop. Good. Now make sure you have your chest lifted and your belly button pushed in, supporting your spine. Keep the arms nice and relaxed. Very good. And try the other side. Down, pop; down, pop; down, pop; down, pop, good. Try some both sides in the mirror and make sure everything is looking just right."
