Bend and pop, bend and pop, bend and pop, bend. Other side, and bend, pop, bend, pop, bend, pop. Let's pick it up a little bit. And bend, pop; bend, pop. Other side; pop, pop. And travel forward slightly. Now let's go back. Step, pop, pop; step, pop, pop, step, good. Make sure you chest stays lifted. Pull your belly button in, go forward. One, two, three, four. And one, two, three, four. Keep your shoulders relaxed. Be sure to breath. Stay relax. Try to make it look natural. Very good. Practice this in the mirror.
