"Let's practice our folkloric move called the Horsie Step on both sides transitioning from right and left. If you'll remember, you're going to keep the knees bent, the same amount as you go down. Two, three, four, five, six, switch sides. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And if you want to add a little bit more contrast, you can add a little lift here with your chest. Lift, press, press. Switch. Press, press, press and switch. Good. Make sure you keep the body relaxed and that the belly button's pulled in, and that you're always going on the downbeat on the down. They need to kind of match each other. So listen for that. Always have to listen to your music and move with it. Five, six, seven. Switch it to a little bit shorter movements. Three. Here we go. And one, two, three, switch. One, two, three, switch. Good. As you do this at a party, the Egyptian people will love you cause they see you doing a nice folkloric move. Practice it at home."
