"Let's try a folkloric shoulder push with a rocking motion in our feet. Let's start with the feet. I like to start from the ground up like a good foundation, you want to have a solid base under you before you start layering things on top. So one foot's going to go slightly forward, the other one back. Now, as we do that we're going to be accenting the down beat, so the heel's going to go down up down, down up down, down up down. Just a very tiny soft lift. And make sure the knees stay soft and the whole body is moving with it and just relax into it. Now with the shoulder, we're going to go push, push, push, push. We're going to do one at a time. So each foot that we're rocking on to, that's the shoulder that we're going to be accenting. So let's try putting it together. Right, left. Right, left. Good. Keep that chest lifted. Keep your hands still. Make sure the feet are going down up down. Down up down. Down up down. Down up down. Down up down. Good. Now practice this on both sides in the mirror, and make sure it looks really natural."
