"Let's try our folkloric shoulder drop rocking the body from side to side. Let's start with the feet so we know where our weight is. So the feet are going to be just slightly apart. And we're going to do this little down up down motion with the feet. Now the knees are going to absorb some of that motion. And the accent is going to be on the down. You want to feel like you're really heavy, like you'd really rather be on the ground but you're lifting just enough so that you can get to the other side. So the heels going to go down up down, down up down, down up down. Good. Make sure your belly button's pulled in, your chest is lifted. Good. Now every time that the heel goes down, the shoulders going to go down. So you're lifting in between two. So it's, down and down, down and down, down and down, down and down. Have the arms out to the sides away from your body. Make sure the hands aren't moving with you here. Make sure the body isn't moving with the head like this so much. But that, it's moving a little independently. Those shoulders are just moving under your chin and the knees are gently absorbing that downward motion. Very good. And just rock from side to side. Practice this in the mirror and make sure it looks very effortless."
