Let's do our Double Twist on Releve. So let's start with the right foot slightly forward and the left foot back, belly button pulled in, chest lifted, shoulders back and down. Good. Now the right hip's going to go forward and back, forward and back. So, forward and back on that forward foot and forward and then back. One, two; one, two. Now up on Releve, make sure your ankles are nice and strong, you can hold on to a wall or bar for balance if you need to, right foot, left foot. That right hip is always keeping time though. We're not switching hips, that right hip is always forward and forward in time with the music. Let's try it double time. And one, two; one, two; one, two; one, two; one, two; one, two; one, two; one, two; good. Make sure hands aren't flying around. Make sure knees aren't bent, turning into a Double Bump. This is a Double Twist. Good. Good. Let's try the other side, left hip. Forward, back; forward, back; left foot, right foot, left foot and up on Releve. Left foot, right foot; left foot, and double time. Left, left, left, left. Left hip is always keeping time. Left, left, left, left, left, left, left. Good. Make sure drill in front of the mirror so you can do the moves correctly.
