Let's travel with our Single Hip Twist flat footed. So let's just start with our basic. Good. Make sure the knees are slightly straighter than normal, belly button engaged, pulled in, chest lifted, shoulders back and down. Good. Twisting right and left. So wherever your weight goes, that hip is going forward. Good. Right and then left. Good. Now travel, step out, just slightly with the right foot and travel over to one side. Right, and bring the left foot in. Good. Right? Now step up with the left foot, back the other way, that right hip is still keeping time, the same hip is keeping time. Right and left. Double time. Right, left; right, left; right, left; right, left; right, left; right, left; right, left. Good. Left side. Left hip forward, right hip forward. Left hip, right hip, good. Make sure the legs are nice and straight, so you're not getting a lift. Keep it nice and straight. And, left, right; left, right; step out with the left, and in with the right, good. Now step out with the right, in with the left. Left hip is keeping time. Good. Make sure the hands stay in place, don't let them start to fly around as you're traveling. Good. And make sure you practice in front of a mirror so that you can make sure you're doing the moves correctly.
