"Hi today we are going to do relaxation therapy for the forearm. When of the things about the forearm is that is where all the muscles are that control the hand. So it becomes very important to work the forearm itself specifically. And in doing this, as always, you have to begin a relaxation therapy session by accessing the tonal quality of the muscles. Gentle squeezing, maybe some slight effleurage, that's the stroking motion again always towards the heart when you are working with the extremities. And then you can start getting into individual muscles with a gliding motion, using your thumbs. A little bit of back pressure from your forefingers on the other side. You can flex the elbows some, work the forearm towards the elbow, again working each individual muscle group. This is a process that you can complete in three to four minutes. Continue working and that's relaxation therapy for the forearm."
