"Let's work on some sensual hip movements. These will focus on the non-weighted hip or unweighted hip. Let's get our both feet in the showgirl foot position. Press your big toe into the floor. Bend your standing leg. Allow this knee to come right off of your hip and either point forward or a little bit in. Make sure your belly is pulled in. Your chest is lifted. Shoulders are relaxed and down. Now we're going to first start with a square and then round it out. So let's first bring the hip down. We're going to bring it forward. Up and back. Drop it down. Forward. Up and back. So make a nice square. Down. Forward. Up and back. Be careful not to let your knee move too much. And don't let that ankle come in. You want to keep it nice and strong in its position. Now let's try and round it out. Just smooth out those corners. Make sure you're standing leg stays bent so that your head doesn't bob up and down. Practice this in the mirror and try it on both sides."
