"Let's work on an unweighted sensual hip work that involves making the shape of a W; let's have our weighted leg bent and our unweighted leg is going to have the big toe pressing into the floor, the ankles in and the knees going to be forward; and pointing slightly in, pull your bell in so you support your spine; lift your chest and relax your shoulders, and let's just have the hands out to the side. So we're going to make a W shape so let's first angle the hip toward the front and lift it; and we're going to drop it, bring it up in the middle; drop it again and up in the back, then drop in the middle; down and up in front; down up the middle, down and back, down; middle, down; back. And you go a little faster; down, up; down, up; down, up; down, up; down, up so your hip's going to twist slightly forward; make sure that your shoulders remain still and in line with the rest of your body. Be sure to practice this on both sides and in a mirror, and make sure that your head's not bobbing up and down. It's really going to be up to that weighted leg to hold you still so have fun practicing."
