So, let's first start with our feet slightly apart, and we're going to bring it down, out, up, and around, down, out, up, around the top. And travel forward just slightly, take little tiny steps, keep your feet under you, now make sure you've got your belly button pulled into your spine, lift your chest. OK, I'm going to turn here, and now you can follow along with me. Keep it going, and keep your weight nice and solid, evenly distributed on your feet. Good. I'm going to turn around. We're going to speed it up a little. Good. Come forward. That's it. Keep your chest lifted. Keep that twist going, use those side muscles. Don't get lazy. Good.
