"Let's drill our three quarter down shimmy. Let's first start by bringing it down in the front on one leg, then press it out shifting it outside and still on that same leg. Up on the other side, down, out, up. Down, out, up. A little faster, down, out, up, down, out, up, down, out, up, down, out, up. Good. Try and get all the action in the hips here and keep the head as still as you can. Good. Now we're going to speed it up just a little more. Good. Let's slow it down again. It's always a good idea to go slow, medium and fast so that you can build up your endurance and precision. It's not about going fast, it's about doing it accurately. When you do it accurately you can always speed it up and then you'll still look nice and clean. So practice this in the mirror."
