"Let's learn how to do a three quarter down shimmy. So our accent is going to be on the down. So, the way we're going to start with that is, bring the hip down by bending the knee, the other leg is going to be a little more straight then this one. So we're going to go down, we're going to take the weight on that leg, lift the hip up, shift it to the other side, and down, out, up, shift to the other leg. Out, up, down, out. Up, down, out, up, down, out, up, down, out, up, down, out, up, right side, right side, lift the left, and down, out, up, down, out, up, good. Now make sure your belly button is pulled in against your spine. Make sure your chest is lifted, good. Out, up, down, out, up, down, and try and speed it up just a little bit. Practice this in the mirror and see if you can make it nice and clean."
