"Let's learn how to do a choo choo shimmy. The choo choo shimmy is basically a weighted hip bump, and the weight is going to shift from side to side. What we're going to do it up on releve. Up on our toes. So the movements are going to be very small. So, let's get the hips going. The knees are going to be soft, make sure your belly button is pulled in and lift your chest. So let's get it going nice and fast. Into a natural shimmy. And then we're going to go up on releve. Put one just slightly in front of, one foot in front of the other one so you have a little bit more balance. Now pull those hips up into your rib cage, and let your weight shift from foot to foot. Right, left, right, left, right, left, as fast as your hips are going, and that will help you balance. So let those feet move just ever so slightly but keep them close to the ground so you don't have big fake feet moving around like that. You want to keep them nice and dainty. And that will let you float around the floor if you want to. Make sure your chest stays lifted, pull that belly button in, and breathe. Watch the ankles. Are they pulled in toward each other? Are your knees close together? Lift, and keep it going, nice and fast. Practice this in the mirror, make sure you have everything lined up, real nice and pretty."
