"Let's learn how to do the vibration. It's not a shimmy because you can't count it with the time and the music. So but it's a movement that is very fast by releasing and tensing the muscles really fast. So you're not getting a lot of movement, it's more of an internal type of display of the body of the dance. So if you start from the feet up, work your way up like you're standing and there's an earthquake under you and you are going to use the thighs and the knees to really vibrate the body. So you are going to tense it all up and just let it work it's way all the way up. And then try to keep it even as much as you can. But it's not something that you count like a shimmy. So you're just going to let it vibrate. Feel those muscles working, releasing and tensing up. And breathe and make sure your belly buttons put in, pulled in and your chest is lifted. And it's more of a little bit of a vertical motion then it is side to side. Because it's just coming from the inside and going out. Practice this in the mirror till it's nice and smooth."
