"Let's add a chest V to our choo choo shimmy; let's review it for just a moment to get more details on it check one of our other clips on the chest V. Let's put our arms out to the side; make sure our knees are slightly soft and the weight is in your feet, pull in your belly and we're going to bring our chest up to one side; and then bring it directly to the center and then up to the other side drawing a little V. Down; up, down; up, as you do this make sure your belly button stays pulled in and you don't arch your back while you do this; it's very important that you keep this nice and clean, it's a very subtle movement. Let's get our choo choo shimmy going; let's left our heels up, pull those hips up towards the rib cage; watch your belly button, keep your chest nice and lifted; be sure to breath. Let's add the chest and here we go; up, down. Other side; down, up; down, up; down. Now let's get the hips going a little bit more, up; down, up; down and you can do the chest a little bit faster here too if you want. Make sure you don't twist and make sure your ankles and knees stay close together. Be sure to practice this in a mirror and make sure everything's moving nice and evenly."
