Let's add a chest smile to our choo choo shimmy. We're going to review it real quickly. You can go to one of our other clips to get more details on it. Let's start with our feet slightly apart, our belly pulled in and we are going to slide our chest over and up to one side. And then we're going to let it pull in and then up to the other side. So it's going to be this motion here. Make sure when you let it release that you don't arch forward and let your shoulders come forward too much. Keep that belly pulled in and the chest nice and lifted. Let's get our choo choo going. Our weight is going to shift right and left with each hip that comes in towards your rib cage. Pull that belly button in, let's add the chest. So we're going down up, down up, down up, down up so it has a nice curve to it. Be sure not to let your body twist too much up here. You want to keep it forward. Let's speed it up a little bit. And down up, down up, down up watch your ankles and knees and make sure they stay nice and neat close together. Be sure to breathe. Practice this in the mirror and make sure everything stays right where it needs to be.
