"Let's add a vertical chest circle to our choo choo shimmy. Let's review that for just a moment. You can review in more detail at one of our other clips about this. Let's first lift the chest, slide it over, bring it in and over. Up, over, down, over; up, over, down, over, good. So we're keeping our circle in front of us, and it's going this direction, rather than to the plane of the floor. Let's get our choo choo shimmy going. Let's lift our heels up, get the hips going toward the ribcage. Make sure your belly button's pulled in toward your spine, lift that chest, and let's add the circle. Keep the hips going nice and evenly as you do the circle, and speed up your choo choo. Here your choo choo can be going one speed, and your chest circle going another, which is preferable for contrast. Let's go the other direction, up and around, up and around, up and around, up and around. Make sure you keep your belly button pulled in, and your chest lifted, so you don't arch your back and stick out your popo. You don't want to do that. Keep it nice and clean, and let everything just sort of float along. Keep it nice and even. Practice this in the mirror, so you can make sure your body's doing what you want it to."
