"Let's add a Chest Pull to our Choo Choo Shimmy. Let's review that for just a moment. We're first going to make sure our body is in a good posture position, with our belly pulled in and our chest in nice and neutral position and our shoulders are relaxed. We're going to first lift the chest in preparation for the pull. And then the accent is going to be, the pull is going to be on the downbeat. Be sure when you let it release here, that you don't arch the back and bring the shoulders forward. You want to keep a nice posture, nice, straight back here, so that you can see the movements. It's very subtle, this is a little bit more of an advanced movement so be patient with yourself. Let's get our choo choo going. We're going to be up on relevee, and get the hips pulling in toward the rib cage. Make sure the ankles and knees stay toward each other so that they're nice and pulled in and out the top of your head. Let's try with a prepare for a lift and then pull. Lift and pull and lift and pull. Make sure you don't let your back arch or your butt stick out because that will be a very unpleasant line. And we can speed it up. Pull and pull and pull and pull and pull and pull. Very good. Be sure to breathe. Watch your belly button. Practice this in the mirror to make sure you're keeping all the movements nice and even."
