"Let's take our choo choo shimmy into a circle. So let's first get it started, going up and down. Get your hips going toward your ribcage. Lift your chest; pull in your belly button. Make sure everything is nice and centered, so it's coming right out the top of your head. Now we're just going to be taking little teeny tiny steps right and left with our feet, and just start turning slowly. So as you shift your weight, just bring your foot slightly back, and the other one slightly forward, good. Let's go the other direction. Be sure to keep your hips nice and even in their movement. Keep your head nice and level. Let's speed it up a little bit, and circle. If you have an audience on one side, look over your shoulder to greet them, and the other way. Look at them the whole time, and then come around, and there they are, hello. Keep it going; make sure those ankles are toward each other, lift. Don't forget to breathe. Practice this in a mirror, and make sure you have it nice and smooth."
