"Let's try a reverse undulation with our Choo Choo Shimmy. Let's review the reverse undulation first. Let's have both our feet slightly apart. Our heels pressed into the floor and our knees bent slightly. And make sure everything is lifted up through the top of your head. We're going tuck underneath and we're going to push our spine all the way up and it's going to come out the top of your chest. So you feel this nice roll going up your spine. So bend, tuck and roll it up. Bend, roll up, tuck, roll up. Good. Now let's try the choo choo part. So we're going to shift our weight right and left. Lift those heels up as much as you’re comfortable doing. Make sure the ankles stay toward each other and the knees too, pull in that belly button, lift your chest. Okay, now we're going to start our undulation. We're going to tuck, roll up; tuck, roll up; tuck, roll up. And speed up the choo choo a little bit more. Tuck, roll up; tuck, roll up; tuck, roll up; tuck, roll up; tuck, roll up. Good. Be sure to practice this in the mirror to make sure all your parts are moving nice and evenly and that you're keeping yourself nice and centered"
