"Let's add an undulation to our choo choo shimmy just to make it a little more interesting. Let's get our, first of all with our undulation let's lift the chest, pull in here at the rib cage, pull in at the belly and then tuck the rest of the body through. The more increments you get the smoother and wavier your undulation will be. We'll start with those four to start with. So it's lift, pull, pull, pull so that way you end up with a nice flat back when you are done with your undulation. Let's get or choo choo shimmy going and then we'll add that in ok. So we're going to lift those hips up towards the rib cage. Shifting the weight right and left on your feet. Make sure those ankles are staying towards each other and the knees too. Belly button is pulled in, lift that chest, breathe. Now lift pull down. Lift, pull down. Lift, pull down. Lift, pull down. Let's speed up our choo choo and lift roll it down. Lift roll down. Lift, roll down. Lift, roll down. Lift, roll down. Lift, roll down. Make sure you feel your spine traveling all the way down. Up pull down. Lift, pull down.
