"Let's take our choo choo shimmy, and travel with it. Let's start with moving forward and back with it. So let's first get up on our toes, and get our choo choo shimmy going. Pull those hips up towards your ribcage. Make sure your belly button is pulled in toward your spine. Lift your chest up, take a deep breath, and exhale. And our weight is going to shift right, left; right, left; right, left; right, left; the same as our hips are moving, and that's going to take us forward slightly, and the same thing going back. So we're going to be keeping our feet right under us. It's very important to take little teeny tiny steps. That's why it's called the choo choo shimmy, cause it's nice and small. So bring it back, and then forward, and you can speed it up. Make sure your head stays nice and level; your shoulders are relaxed, your chest is lifted. And you just kind of float over the ground slightly. Make sure your ankles are pulled in toward each other, and the knees stay close together, and just travel forward and back. If you have a mirror you can practice this in that, and make sure everything is staying nice and level; that you're not moving anything else. So give that a try."
